The museum is located at the Museum Square in Amsterdam, close to the Rijksmuseum and Stedelijk Museum. In which languages is the Multimedia Tour available?
The Multimedia Tour is available in: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese and Korean
Where can you collect the audio guide?
You can pick up the guide on the day of your visit at the multimedia desk in the museum. The devices are thoroughly disinfected before handed over to you.
Do I need a separate ticket for any exhibitions?
No. A valid entrance ticket lets you visit the entire museum, because the museum would like to give all visitors the opportunity to also view the masterpieces in their permanent collection.
Do I have to print the ticket?
You can print out your online ticket, but you don’t have to: you can also present your ticket on a mobile device for checking at the museum entrance.
Can I store my luggage at the museum?
You can store your coat and umbrella in the museum’s cloakroom (self-service). Bags and small backpacks (up to 45×25×25 cm) can be stored in a locker. The lockers can be locked electronically using a numeric code of your choice.
