From Amsterdam-North, the 100% electric canal boat takes you via the IJ towards the lit Amstel river. Enjoy the sights of the photographic background of Amsterdam. On the way, you will pass the Nemo and the fully restored Maritime Museum. Other highlights include the famous Skinny Bridge, as well as the Artis zoo.

During the dark winter months, the open-air light festival transforms the canals into a bright display of wonderful light art works. There are 20 art works in total, designed by both national and international artists. This year’s theme is Imagine Beyond; the Amsterdam Light Festival takes visitors into the world of imagination.
