The pick-up location is located at the Oudezijds Voorburgwal, at house number 230. This is behind the Krasnapolsky hotel and in front of the cigar shop, called ‘Bom 9’. The cruise ends at this location.

The Friendship office is located at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 85.

The ‘Friendship’ boat is the most accessible for a wheelchair, yet still it is a bit difficult to get from the dock into the boat. They do not have a wheelchair lift. They are however happy to look at the possibilities together, so please do not hesitate to contact them by telephone.

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

On board it is a bit more chilly than walking through the streets of Amsterdam. It is also possible that the wind makes it colder. If you are cold on board, blankets are available to warm you up! In winter time, heated cushions are available on board and the boats are covered, they sail all year round!
