Who can join?

iWelcome Group works with providers of all sizes offering tours, attractions and activities. We look for partners offering quality experiences for leisure visitors as well as locals. Our aim is to have the most diverse and exciting range of products possible. Please get in touch to tell us about your business, we’d love to hear from you.

What is required to apply?

If you provide a fun, exciting or interesting experience we would love to hear from you. You will need to register your interest HERE and once approved you can upload your products and other required information on your ‘My Welcome Portal’ account.

How and when do I get paid?

We pay each month for all the tickets sold via our platforms and other channels minus our agreed commission.

Can I use my current booking system?

We can connect to many existing API providers. Alternatively, you can manage your tickets and availability manually from your personal Welcome Portal account.

What are the "Welcome channels"?

We offer international online platforms for ticketing and information. Where available we further our reach via our trusted hotel partners by providing them with access to our Welcome Ticketing Portal and City Maps with a unique QR code system.
